Artwork Policy

1. All artwork produced at Crossroads Communications, Inc., including printed material, i.e. ads, corporate collateral, presentation material, custom artwork,
websites, etc. is owned by Crossroads until paid for in full.

2. All studio photography and stock photography is owned by their respective agencies.


Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows unless otherwise negotiated.

New accounts: One third of the total project is due at the start of the project(s). One third is due upon approval of design and artwork. Balance is due upon completion of project(s). Artwork will be delivered to the client once the final balance has been received.

Existing accounts: Established Crossroads' accounts do not require any money up front. They are extended terms of net 15 days upon completion of the design of the project(s). Artwork will be delivered to the client once the balance due has been received.
